Fred Hamlin

Fred Hamlin is a Mechanical Engineering fellow for Open Avenues where he delivers student projects based around medical device development.

His full time employer Cambridge Consultants is a product development consultancy working with a variety of blue chip companies and promising startups to deliver engineering solutions across drug delivery, life sciences, smart implants and medical robotics. Fred has 9 years of experience in the field as well as holding a masters in mechanical engineering and a PhD in experimental aerodynamics.
