Marcelo Lando

Marcelo Lando is a Finance Global Talent Fellow at Open Avenues, where he works with students leading projects in Finance.

Marcelo is a Director of Project Execution at Cypress Creek Renewables where he works on managing infrastructure investments from a late-stage development, through construction and into operation. Marcelo has 14 years of years of experience in Finance and Renewable Energy. Marcelo worked across key areas in solar energy while living in Washington DC, London, Madrid, and Buenos Aires. This diverse geographical experience helped him develop an understanding of how to create value in diverse market dynamics and regulatory environments.

He holds a bachelor degree in Business, an MSc in Social Policy and an MBA with concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

A fun fact about Marcelo: He has traveled to more than 60 countries and is a horse-riding enthusiast.
